Return, Refund and
Workshop Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gärd Leather.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel a workshop booking, we're here to help.


Return Policy


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Your item must be returned undamaged to Gärd Leather. Please contact gardleatherdesigns@outlook.com for a return address. 



Refund Policy


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping Policy


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable unless the product is damaged or faulty when you receive it.


If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Workshops Policy


The workshop course provider reserves the right to adjust, change or amend workshop dates and course content. 


Workshop Cancellations 


If you are unable to attend a workshop, please notify Gärd Leather as soon as possible. 


Workshop cancellations made 30 calendar days before the first workshop date will receive a full refund of the workshop fee to the credit card (or original method of payment) used.


If the cancellation is made within 30 days of the first workshop date, 50% of the workshop fee to the credit card (or original payment method) used.
